I bought this product in the rough version. I had used similar products before, but over time they came unstuck and took the paint with them. Fitting this strip was very easy. First I cleaned the surface with alcohol; do not use degreaser, because it contains a greasy component. Then I applied the frame protector with light pressure, and be aware right away that it has some stretch to it, so do not pull too hard. Once it was on I could not find a single air bubble. If bubbles do form, the advice is to make a hole with a thin pin so the air can escape.

I bought this frame protector for my Babolat padel racket. The risk was hitting the glass and the fence. I have played a couple of matches and I have to say it works really well so far. Also, contrary to what I had read, no bubbles formed when I fitted it. Maybe because I cleaned the surface of the racket properly first.

protector with excellent coverage over the head of the racket. I'm not giving 5 stars because after fitting plenty of them, with or without a hair dryer, I always find that the edges peel after a while (even if only slightly), and then it looks less neat. technically, though, it does the job!

I read a number of reviews and decided to buy it knowing I might have trouble sticking it on, because it comes folded in half. I left it for a while with some weight on top to get the fold out. Fitting: I used scissors to remove a bit of the protective plastic in the middle, centred it on the head of the racket and stuck down one side first, then the other. I helped myself along with one of those cardboard spatulas you get with phone screen protectors, and applied a little heat with a hair dryer. Look, it is transparent, but on my racket, which is black, you can see it a bit. And however careful I was, it is very hard to end up with no bubbles at all. I have already scraped it a few times and it has protected that area well.

Great product for the price. I fitted it following the instructions and it didn't bubble. During a match I hit the glass with my racket and it did its job really well: no dents and no scratches. So far it is holding and gripping well. The test continues when it comes to durability over time, but I'm relaxed about it, since it is sold as a 2-pack.

I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because the protector doesn't stick fully to the racket, leaving microscopic air bubbles under the whole surface... fitting it is as easy as with the other products I have used, but I don't like that! maybe it comes down to the choice of a rough, microporous material instead of a smooth one, I don't know! in any case it does its job very well and the value for money is excellent (there are 2 pieces in the pack).
