2. Agreement of Purchase

When you place an order on our website, our system automatically sends an order confirmation to your e-mail. Once you have received the confirmation, a binding agreement has been entered.

When we ship your order, you will receive an additional email with information about the expected delivery time and date.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal
Dankort (Denmark only)
MobilePay (Denmark only)

Your payment will only be charged once the goods are shipped. For partial deliveries, only the amount corresponding to the actual shipment will be charged.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not covered by the chargeback scheme. Please read more on PayPal’s website.

Reservation of funds
If you use an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. Funds remain reserved until:

We withdraw the payment when the goods are shipped, or
The reservation is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

For international customers: All prices are shown in DKK, and may also be displayed in EUR. Your bank may charge additional fees for currency conversion.

EU countries: 3–7 working days (depending on the destination).

VAT and customs

All prices include Danish VAT (25%).
No additional VAT or customs fees will apply within the EU.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

You have a 30-day right of return when purchasing from us.
If your order contains several products, you may choose to return all or part of your order.

The return period expires 30 days after the day you or a third party receive the goods.

How to exercise your right of return

You must notify us before the return period expires by sending an email to info@ryzepadel.com. You may also use the EU standard return form found at the bottom of these terms.

Returning the goods

Once you have notified us of your wish to return, you must send or deliver the goods to:

In Denmark: We provide a prepaid return label.
In all other EU countries: The customer must pay for shipping.
Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after return notice.
Returns must be sent with track & trace.

Refund

If you return the entire order, we will refund the full purchase amount including standard shipping costs.
If you only return part of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you choose a more expensive shipping method than the standard option, we will not refund the additional costs.

Refunds are made within 14 days after we have received the returned goods (or proof of return).

Condition of the goods

You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product is used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value.

You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are securely packaged when returned. You bear the risk until we receive the goods.

6. Warranty (Complaints)

According to Danish Sale of Goods Act and EU consumer law, you have a 2-year warranty on goods purchased from us.

This means you may request repair or replacement. If this is not possible within a reasonable time, you may instead request a price reduction or a full refund.

How to complain

Send an e-mail to info@ryzepadel.com including a description of the defect and, if possible, a photo.

If your claim is approved:

In Denmark, we will provide a prepaid return label
In EU countries, we will provide a return label where possible. If not, we will refund reasonable shipping costs for your return.

Goods must always be properly packaged for return.
Please keep your postal receipt as proof.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you wish to file a complaint, please first contact us at info@ryzepadel.com.

If we cannot reach a solution, Danish customers may submit a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board: https://naevneneshus.dk.

For EU customers, complaints can also be submitted via the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.

Disputes may be brought before the Danish courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.

These terms are available in Danish and English. In case of discrepancy, the Danish version shall prevail.
